DC/DC Converters
Pulsar Developments lists and distributes 58 DC/DC converters, designed to provide a stable DC voltage on systems where the source voltage is variable, such as a battery or a solar panel. Battery and solar voltage can be unstable and vary widely. The benefit of the DC/DC converter is that it provides a stable single output voltage, a requirement of most electronic equipment. An added advantage of Mascots’ DC/DC converters are that they conform to the EU vehicles directive 95/54/EC, a requirement if a converter is used in automotive applications. Pulsar also stocks several models designed for use in car stereo equipment.
