I have an Unwanted Item:

If you change your mind and no longer want the items ordered, please contact us for a returns reference number within 14 days of purchasing. 

Goods must be returned unopened in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of obtaining the returns reference number.

The returns reference number should be clearly written on the outside or the packaging to enable us to track your returns.

Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item. Please note we cannot refund any postage fees in this instance.

This excludes, calibrated products, production packaging products, custom/branded products, extended range products, specially manufactured products and any products marked as non-cancellable (NC) or non-returnable (NR)

I have Received the Wrong Item:

Should you receive any incorrect items, you will need to return these to us within 14 days of purchasing.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside or the packaging to enable us to track your returns.

Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post. Upon receipt of the incorrect items, we will dispatch the correct items free of charge.

I have Ordered the Wrong Item:

I have Received a Damaged/Faulty Item:

Please inspect the packaging and products on arrival, or as soon as is reasonably possible. Pulsar must be notified immediately of any damage/defects suspected to be due to delivery/transportation.

Should you receive any Damaged or Faulty items please notify us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside or the packaging to enable us to track your returns.

Upon receipt of the damaged/faulty items, we will dispatch replacement items free of charge. If a suitable replacement is not available or not in stock the customer will be notified and given the option of waiting for a suitable replacement or a refund being issued.

 

Do you Refund my Returns Postage?

We do not pay for return postage where the error lies with the buyer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the correct postage to any item returned to us. In the rare case we have to collect items from the post office and pay a surcharge we reserve the right to deduct this from any refund made to the customer.
